FAQ
1. How do I receive my order? Once ordered your order will be produced/packaged (as per timelines) and there will be a collection every week at the club or local delivery for £2.50
2. Can I return my order? Returns will only be eligible for faulty products / exchange of size with the condition that the product is still in ‘New’ condition. Returns issued within 5-7 working days.
3. Who do I need to speak to about my orders? The club point of contact will be Daniel Girling-Jones, so any queries please approach on WhatsApp or email below.
4. What if I don’t like the size I have ordered? If you want to exchange your size within the first 7 days, there will be a small excess of stock which will allow for size exchange.
5. Are there any other colours available? To begin with these will be the only colours available however if successful, more products will be added to the range.

7. Is there a youth range? The products have been designed with this in mind, therefore the XS/SM sizes are created for the junior section of roughly 13+ Years
8. How have the products been decided and who are Hincha? This range has been created in conjunction with the committee and membership to bring a bespoke kit to Mersey Bowmen. Hincha is a newly formed local business which is a business with the aim to create brands and bespoke apparel for tennis clubs across the UK starting here at Mersey Bowmen!
